On 17 May 2023, the 26th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of ZHULIAN CORPORATION BERHAD (ZCB) was held successfully at G Hotel, Penang with the attendance of more than 50 shareholders.
During the meeting, Mr. Danny Teoh, the Chief Executive Officer of ZHULIAN Group, representing the Board of Directors shared with the attendees a brief review on the Group’s operation and performance in FY2022, as well as the latest updates on the latest happenings in the first two quarters of 2023. He also presented the strategic direction moving forward to bring more added value to the Group and the Stakeholders.
