“Let’s Be Great Together” Team Building Programme was attended by 90 employees ranking officers and above from all the subsidiaries under ZHULIAN Group. The programme featured a series of workshops that aimed to instill as well as reinforce ZHULIAN’s 10 values, and outdoor activities including jungle trekking, treasure hunts, telematches and bonfire which were designed to foster team bonding, problem-solving, and effective communication. Divided into 3 smaller groups, participants were challenged with tasks that required them to work together while leveraging their individual strengths towards a common goal.
During the 3-day-2-night programme, skilled facilitators from Malaysian Institute of Management (MIM) delivered invaluable guidance and knowledge, ensuring that participants remained fully engaged and maximized their learning from every session. As the participants bid farewell, they carried with them a sense of team spirit, camaraderie and indelible memories.
